What data I collect
When you contact me through the forms on this site, I receive the data you choose to send: your name, your email, your company name (if provided) and your message or briefing answers. This site does not collect sensitive data and does not require accounts.
How I use it
For one purpose only: to reply to you. Your message generates an internal notice to my inbox and an automatic confirmation reply to yours. I do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Who processes it
Email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com), acting as the technical email processor. If analytics are active (Google Analytics), cookies measure visits in aggregate — never to identify you personally.
How long I keep it
Messages are kept in my inbox while a conversation or working relationship exists. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to cc@castillocarlos.com. I reply the same business day.
